Shipping and Delivery

The expected delivery time shown at checkout its the final 'expected' delivery timeline. This is usually up to 2 weeks for most orders. All orders are created and shipped within 2-5 days. This timeline can increase during the months of November/December (portraits might take longer to produce. This is usually 1-2 days during the rest of the year).

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new photo needed), this understandably will extend your production time. We send all customers an artwork preview and ask for approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship.

All orders are shipped with tracking that’s sent via email as soon as it's available. NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (November/December) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

Transit time estimates:

• USA: 3-5 working days
• CA, AUS, UK: 5-7 working days
• Europe: 5-10 working days
• Rest of world: 10-15 working days

• Europe: $9.99
• Rest of world: $17.95

• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will lengthen your order’s production time.
• We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.
