Returns and refunds

What is the dino collective returns and refunds policy?

You´re order is 100% unique and custom made, we do not accept returns or refunds on any of our personalized products.

if you have a problem with your order let us know and we´ll fix it.

Remember we offer previews and unlimited revisions so we can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing.

Ordering and delivery

How do I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number via email after your order has been dispatched. All international orders can be tracked through your local postal companies website once they have reached your country.

How do I change or cancel my order?

if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email us at: hey@thedinocollective.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE ORDER' 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will reach back to you shortly.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email hey@thedinocollective.com within 2 days of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?

This will depend on the products you ordered, your order may arrive in separate parcels, in which case we will provide separate tracking numbers for each of the parcels.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! all orders are shipped with tracking no matter which country they are shipped to.

Is the photo I uploaded going to work?

if you followed our photo guidelines then yes, your photo will be good enough to use.

  • Take a photo or choose an existing photo that is taken outdoors in daylight or in a brightly lit room.
  • Use a smartphone or high quality camera.
  • Ensure the whole face is visible and not in shadows.
  • Please avoid blurry, dark, or difficult to see photos. 
  • Avoid screenshots

 

We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. if there's any issues with your photo we will let you know via email so you can provide another one that might work better.

Can I see a preview of my portrait before it gets printed?

Yes you can! we provide a preview for your portrait within 1-3 days after your order has been placed. Please make sure the email you provide at checkout is active and one you check regularly.

What if I don't like the artwork?

We're 100% commited to making sure you love your artwork.

Once you're portrait is ready we'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days pass and we dont hear from you, we will automatically approve it and proceed with printing. We're proud to offer unlimited revisions for free to guarantee you'll love your portrait.

Do you have a customer support phone number?

Right now we don't offer customer support by phone. We recommend live chat (if available at the time) or email. You can email us at hey@thedinocollective.com and we'll get back to you withing 24 hours.

Christmas season

Will my order arrive for Christmas?

Our dinosaur portraits make the most amazing and unique christmas gifts to dino lovers big and small all over the world. Currently, we would advice ordering no later than december 10th for christmas delivery.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer christmas wrapping services at the moment. however, all products come in protective packaging. The surprise won't be ruined upon delivery.
